Averages
“ A “ 3.8 - 4.0 = $ 10,000 - $ 100,000
“ B+ “ <3.8 – 3.5 = $ 6000 - $ 60,000
“ B “ <3.5 – 3.0 =$ 4000 - $ 40,000
*All amounts subject to awards and disciplinary deductions.
Every child is proposed to have a contract ranging $10,000.00 - $ 100,000 and the Interest yield to be able to be
applied to the mother account of C.O.D for the replication of contracts for the future children while each child
getting a portion or all of the principle balance when receiving their High school diploma. No awards will be given
to anyone over 20 years of age. All interest on these accounts will be applied to the C.O.D mother account for
replication along with any disciplinary deductions received from any established contract.(If graduating on the
year of 20th birthday contract will stand negotiable.)
Special Education / Learning Disabled
Special Education or ( L D ) Learning Disability students are proposed an award 1/4 the maximum dispersal for
finishing before their twentieth birthday.
Only SE and LD student who qualify for Social Security benefits would be awarded
Internship / Externship ProgromsProposed awards for Intern and Externships would be applicable for those children
more open to the hands on approach of life. Point values would be calculated and applied for quality of work and
time volunteered to 2.5 students or higher to be accredited to their GPA.
***The following is applied for the Discipline and Integrity of our Future.***
Any child found affiliated with or reported as having any kind of gang relation will lose and nullify C.O.D contract
with No reinstatement.
Any Criminal Offense from a minor while under contract will have disciplinary deductions as follows;
A Felony Offense conviction – contract of minor will terminate.
Third misdemeanor conviction- contract of minor will terminate.
Second misdemeanor conviction-1/2 principle disciplinary charge.
First misdemeanor conviction-1/3 principle disciplinary
charge.
No one under an “ A “ or 3.8 – 4.0 average will receive full reward. Anyone under an “A “will receive deductions as
outlined in the financial dispersal.
Children will suffer the loss of 1/4 from principal for being left back.
There will be proposed Intern and Extern neighborhood service for boarder line children of promise with work hours
applied to GPA as extra credit.
Pregnancies from unprotected or careless sexual encounters will result in both children being disqualified from
contracts. All other pregnancies are to be accompanied by investigative police report for the criminal offence –
contract then would still be active.

Children are proposed to receive awards for the rewards they would have received scholastically or for attendance.
For scholastic awards in Reading, Writing, Arithmetic and Social Studies( History) will be double the percentage
they will recieve for attendance.
